The eighth annual CAAVCon conference will be held as an in-person event; however, there will be a virtual option provided for those unable to attend in person. With the release of the Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro over the past year, the conference theme with focus on Mixed Reality; however participation and involvement can span any XR technology. The conference will also continue to focus on applications of immersive display technologies, ranging from consumer off-the-shelf head mounted displays to CAVEs and tiled display systems.

ATTENDANCE
Conference attendees can choose to participate in person or virtually. In-person attendees will participate from University of Wisconsin - Madison’s Wisconsin Institute for Discovery. Virtual attendees will participate via the Zoom platform.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
The UW-Madison campus can be reached via flying to Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). Other options include flying into Milwaukee, WI (MKE) and driving approximiately 70 miles Madison. Chicago airports are also a 2-2 1/2 hour drive away from Madison.
